I had my v-skin on my phone for about 9 months when I decided I wanted to change it. So I took it off, there was a _little_ bit of sticky stuff but you could just rub it off with your finger.





I put the new one on, didn't like it, and tried to put the old one on again but just couldn't get it in there right and the corners were having a hard time sticking.





They are fine when you get them on there, and protect your phone from any minor scratches. I threw my phone in my purse for 9 months and when I sold it my brother who had his for 2 months couldn't believe it. It looked new aside from one little scuff.





I'd recommend a skin. If you think the v-skins are pricey there are people selling them on e-bay at much cheaper prices, but beware, you could get what you pay for. Blurry images on skins or terrible colors.

ok,whats happening here is that my sony ericsson w900i phone is getting a scratched so i`m changing its skin, but as i got up to the point of changing the back with all the electronic functions and stuff i relised i needed someones guidence to do it as i`m clueless, has any one got any ideas?

Reply:You should have got one of them new 'snake phones'. They shed their skin every few months.





Of course there are problems with this. You never know what your phone looks like since it is always changing it's skin and it uses dead mice for it's power source.

I got mine at Best Buy, but I have also seen them for cheaper at Walmart. The ones I have seen were just sheets of individual crystals that have sticky backs that you apply yourself onto cell phone. I dont know about like a face plate with crystals if that's what you mean.

As far as stickers/cases from Verizon, I think it will be a tad pricey. I suggest you try other websites such as decalgirl.com. They have a ton of cute phone and iPod skins for less. I think the most expensive skin is $5.00

I have one on my Crackberry that i have put through heck and only have a small wavy place and thats just cause i jammed the phone in my pocket with my keys. It woulda been scratches all over the phone but instead just wavy lines on my skin, and i can peel it and stick a new even cooler one on anytime i want. Highly recommended.
