Are you talking about the outer casing of the phone or the themes applied on your phone. Well, you havn't specified the phone model, but, you can change the theme on all mobile phones. If you wan to change the outer casing i.e. the faceplate, you will be mostly able to do this,but, it would be better to check out depending on the phone model. Check the official website of the phone company.
