I'm just looking for the best program for skinning Windows Mobile 6 (Professional Edition), both compiling skins and actually running them on the device (Cingular 8525). By best I mean I'm looking for the most features, greatest ease of use, and fastest (won't slow down my phone) I can get. I don't mind paying for the software, as long as it's worth the price.
What's the best program for skinning Windows Mobile 6?
I use Wisbar Advance by lakeridge software.
