Long phone conversations?

Is it normal for a girl you are seeing to constantly talk to your roommate on the phone for hours as a method of getting to you. There's this girl im seeing, who a roomate of mine constantly talks to on the phone even for hours at times, usually on my bad nights when im really busy. Deep down its getting under my skin is it normal even though he said all she ever talks about is me. My main problem is about the length. How should i interpret everything thats going on?...All views welcome...I hope my question was clear enough.

Long phone conversations?
I never talk for hours on the phone to any guy, not even my b/f. Never visit on the phone. I'd say one thing for sure, she definitely has an insatiable need for attention.
Reply:It depends on what type of guy he is.

If he's the "fat, ugly gay plutonic friend type" then no, you have nothing to worry about.

But if he's a good-looking, athletic, charming alpha-male, then I would definitely find a new roommate or end it with this chick.
Reply:If I was your roommate I would feel obligated to ask her to stop calling me. I don't think it would be right.
Reply:This is not normal. Get rid of your roommate and the girl and your problems will be solved.
Reply:Were your girlfriend %26amp; your roommate friends before you starting seeing your girlfriend? If so, then you knew how close they were before you began the relationship, so it is a bit of a stretch to whinge about it now.

However, if the conversations have only just started up then I think you should say something to your roommate about it. Maybe you can jokingly ask him if there's three people in your relationship coz it feels a bit crowded! If your roommate is your friend, then he should take the hint %26amp; start cutting the phone calls off when they come in. Lets face it, he is encouraging her to continue calling him by being so receptive to her calls! Do you honestly think she would call him if she knew he would hang up on her?!

That said, maybe she is calling him only because you don't make enough time for her %26amp; she wants to find out second-hand what is happening in your life. Perhaps a few text messages sent to her at night (if you don't have the time to call her), asking how her day was etc would be enough for her to not resort to getting the gossip from your roommate. Good luck!
